A meeting of SL2 affecttes were held in Sl ground on 31/10/2020. More then 25 members participated. IN this meeting an action committee was nominated to sort out ths issues for development of the phase2 of SL. Various options were discussed like merger with DHA, sepration of Sl 1 and SL2 management, account separation , taking legal action etc etc.
Fianl decesion was to start as fist step to negotiate with the existing management. For this it was decided to fix a meeting date and time with admnistration.
All persons having plot in SL2 are requested to participate in meeting. I will post time and date of meeting asap it is finalized with the administration.

I will be interested to join you to talk to the management and get some answer about some of the burning issues. What is the status of their plan submitted years back for approval? The previous management was approached many times but their answer was that Malik Sahib does not believe in shortcuts and the plan is on the backburner with LDA. This was,certainly, a very strange answer. They are now saying that the DHA is probably interested to acquire State Life 2. DHA Administration is very secretive about such things. I don't think we should hope to get inside information from DHA. State Life should tell the members if such a desire has ever been expressed by DHA Or is it only wishful thinking on the part of State Life Administration to buy more time by diverting attention of the members. State Life should also clearly tell us as to when they want to start the development work?Please contact me on my Email address when ever you like to have another gathering.

It will be my pleasure if you can gather atleast 2 dozen memers on board. People have invested their hard earned money since 2005. All the schemes launched with or after State Life 2 have been developed and posession handed over to investors.It is only State Life 2 which is lingering on. If we have a group of at least 2 dozen people, then you can give the President Sahib a call and ask him that we want to see him. I can surely accompany Inshallah. |

I am also affected. Have 2 plots. I think after meeting with the management a complaint should be filed with Chief Justice and the Prime Minister' Inspection Cell |
