hi, i have posted a discussion before that i want a 5 marla house in dha lahore ( preferably in phase 5 but could be in any phase) on easy installment.
i have talked with lre people and they say none is available.
i want a 5 marla house on easy installments and i want possesion after 1st installment because if i live separately on rent in installment period it will be difficult for me to arrange both (installment and rent).
if any of you brother want to sell his house in dha lahore on easy installment please contact me.
early reply will be appreciated.

Think over it! If agreed 100% then give me your contact.

If you can give 10 lac as Security Cash or may be in shape of Prize Bonds.
One lac per instlment per month for 120 month. or
1.5 lac for 60 moths or 2 lac per month for 36 months.
House owner ship will be transfered after 120 months.
If defaults more than one month then house will be vacated after paying half the money paid after deduction of any damage evaluted to structure of house.
If agreed then proceed!!!

i suggest better go for some house for GERVEE. Chances of losing money their is less as cpmpaired to instalment with out any legal values. If some society you do it is safe but with some person it is so risky. do not go for it.

mr arsalan dont worry please waite three or four year than you wil find becuse the realestate still remain down due to country condition,there will only one way to cash the investment,best of luck,dont try any bank for fivemrla dream.toomuch costly,just a advice.

That is the big problem, the banks are too expensive for loans :( you pay at the end 4 times the amount borrowed

I mean in Pakistan, in europe home loan is the cheapest loan not the case in pakistan :S

sir lhe u r saying to give 120 installments of 1 lac , means 1 crore 20 lac in installment and 10 lac advance making 1 crore 30 lac for 5 marla house???

i didnt got that???

and in other option 172 lac???


buying a house is so much difficult in pk?

please some one help me out, i have heard that 5 marla plot in dha phase 5 is within 20 lac , so maybe 7-8 lac of construction on plot will help me and the person giving me on installment could have 2 lac profit making total 30 lac. i could pay about 30,000 per month so in about 8 years installment will be complete.

i will really appreciate help of you guys.

Arsalan you seem to be educated person but behaving like Child,
5 Merla in DHA 5 is Minimum 28 Lac.
Fro Construction you need Min 16 to 18 Lac
If You pay 30K for 8 ys then you did not pay 30 Lac but only about 20 Lac, As value of 30,000 today will be 20,000 in 2014 and 12000 in 2018.This is based upon last 40 ys inflation calculation.

hey my friend let me give u a good advise first step you should buy a plot in like any society like Eden baharia central park pak arab and so on what ever you can buy a plot in 10 to 12 lac nice plot then slowly slowly build your house good luck
