Atiq Sb thanks for the guidem but i appreciate if you can guide me in detail why i shouldnt invest in Emaar islamabad project? Do u think Bahria town project is better einvestment then Emaar?

Azim sb that cost around 5.1M/RS

Here is what irritates me about Atiq Raja. His responses are short, without any logical reasoning and abrupt. Atiq sahib if you cannot response appropriately please don't.

Riz Khan, I haven't seen Emaar project first hand but just from the pics it looks really nice. I would suggest you visit it first hand. If it is a location you can live with and withing your budget, you should buy it. The construction standards appears very high, which is likely why it's not cheap.

Good luck!

hi bro,
i went back to pak and visited Canyon views. i wud say it is the best housing community of Pak. the things which i liked abt it are it is v safe as the security is multi-layered, each small community of 50-80 villas will have their internal security walls and entrance check. 2ndly, the villas are no doubt beautiful but more than that, construction quality is superb. lastly, Emaar planning is to built shopping mall, swiming pools & parks for each small community etc. A mosque and Roots int'l school is already functional. So if they provide other facilities as per their plans and promises, i can safely say that it is the only world-class living in Pakistan.
On the negative side, the cost is a bit high but that do relates with quality then.
