Air Avenue DHA Merger Update,

Due to lot of pressure from current plot holders Air Avenue management have given up on many demands of DHA like land of grid station etc to keep the merger going according to original agreement.

DHA Lahore is now transferring plots if owners have an allotment letter issued from DHA Lahore.

if some one has not allotmnet letter of DHA . What happened to teh fate of that plots .... Sir CMY please give some more information as this information is little old.............

How about the construction restrictions. Can plot holder start the construction of their house now. Please advice.

I just checked from urban office , the matter is settled to some extent but still not clear, all of us who are plot holders to keep the pressure till transfers and all activaties are allowed .i earnestly advise to call Secty DHA office and talk to Secty in person to update the latest status.

Point proved that rumors may not always be true. I agree with Ashraf that positive pressure should always be maintained, so that uplift of the area is ensured.

I am also a resident since last 1 year and would always welcome any such meeting of residents or plot holders to maintain the positive pressure on DHA.

Kindly keep the pressure strong , i again advise all plot holders to write letters to the following person with your concerneds ASAP.
1)Lt Gen Rashad Mahmood, Commander, IV Corps, Lahore cantt.
He is the only person ,who can help us after ALLHA in Pakistan to resolve this mess. in the past weeks he has taken actions and because of this now we are getting good news again good news no confirm offical descion yet.so please write letters.

Any one pops on this website, please do let me know whether this matter has bee resolved or not yet,If not when is it likely to have any final decision from they management?
