Would any one be kind enough to pass some real advice if i should go for the investment in 10 Marla plot in Bahria Town Rawalpindi Phase 8 Extension? I wont be selling it for next 3-5 years.

no, only invest on-ground, ready to construct plots with a reknowned group like bahria, dha, wapda town etc.

i think it will take at least 3-4 years to start construction of this phase 8 extention. This phase has no map and many things are yet to be done.....it is fit for long term investment. In my opinion the best way to assess a society is to visit it thougurly by u r self n than make a decision.

What would be the advantage in buying in Phase 8 extension as opposed to Phase 8? None. Better to buy on the ground plots rather than some scheme that will take many years to complete.
