AOA,I am in USA. I have a house in Karachi PECHS of 300 sqyd. I want to demolish and make 3 portions on that.Is it feasible to build and sell 2 portions after construction or rent out to a company because that area is in the heart of Karachi and can be use commercial purpose. The second opinion I got to sell it and invest in DHA Karachi for commercial property. Some good advice Jazak Allah,

AOA, my advise is that you should follow your first option of construction. It's a good location. If it's main road you can get a good rent.
Another option is, if the house is usable (not dangerous to live in), don't demolish it, just renovate it a little and rent it to a school. |
