i have 10 marla plot in khyaban-e-amin, lahore. i cannot decide him this plot is retain or sale. because heavy development charges decided by the society. what is the future of khyban-e-amin. how much period is required to complete the development work. when the practically plot/possession is given to me. and when i construct home on this plot. i cannot understand the whole situation.
