I am planning for a 10 marla plot to build my dream house. I have visited almost every society of Lahore and found DHA & Bahria Town among the best as regards facilities, infrastructure and maintenance is concerned. Best located plot in Bahria is about 2 million while in DHA-6 it is about 3.5 million. I am bit confused to decide that should I go for Bahria Town at half of the price of DHA-6 having the same facilities rather better than DHA. Distance is almost same but the quality of travel at canal road is much better and distance time becomes shorter. I need the humble advise from the experts and friends.

Connection to other areas and movement is very important besides local facilities. If you came across with rushy roads daily you will definitly become crazy and psychy. However, the hidden things can be elaborated by residances of BT, with humble request. |
