Am looking for 10 Marla plot in any good sciety between Thokhar Niaz Baig and COMSAT University. However, 5-years old house (10 M) will also serve my purposes. Thanks in advance for brothers helping me in this respect.

Mohtaram Altaf Bhai, Thanks for your offer. I want plot/home not for investment but for residence purposes. Moreover, I want to have plot within the vicinity I already mentioned so that my children can easily go to COMSAT or UOL.

I'm also looking a 10marla plot near Shaukat Khatam hospital side, I would appreciate if senior members suggest any good society with some reasonable price in that area.
My budget is 20 lac.

Dear Kashif,
In this Budget you try Architect Society, Its Location is great just behind Univ of Central Punjab, Standard of development is average and plot of 10 Merla should be available in 22 Lac, Also try Nasheman 1 where plot of 10 Merla should be about 23,24 next to it is WAPDA its is not as good as wapda one [Due to interrupted land], But approach is good here 10 Merla will be about 22 Lac
