if we do not involve property dealer then benefit is Rs.35000, which is like renting this place in Rs. 32500/- per month. In I-8/2 rent of one portion of 35 x 80 is 35000/- to 38000/- per month. This house was not made for renting purpose and have innovative false ceiling and lightening in TV Lounge and Drawing room. Best quality tiles in kitchen and bath rooms. |

Dear sir it seems that you don't like brokers as they just give u the service and get their share in that deal just against peanuts they have expenses to be bare like adds phone bills and all that and you respectfully eat that earning throughout the year. |
