I saw ads in newspapers about Bahria town 8 ext plots for sale on installments.
Plz bros help and advise.
Is it good investment ?

plz invest on real estate which u get possession at once on payment rather then waiting for 5 years in this country with uncertainities |

Its a long time investment and be mentally prepared to pay additional charges with lame excuses in future as Bahria management is master of extracting money out of costumer's pocket. Possession plots are presently cheaper than the ph 8 ext total price. |

Please some body help me to get my awami villa.I have paid more than full installment already.Bahria is not giving any clue when they will hand over awami villas .please any body has information let me know.we have to do some thing to get over awami villas |

@poor pakistani:-) sir jee if malik riaz runaway Awami villa will vanish as its just a one man show i think and i dont know people have this much money wasting on these kind of bloody schemes.sorry but its true. |
