Parkview Balloting,

I have heard that the High Court has ordered DHA to hold parkview ballot by June 2011 and allot plots within original DHA-8.

Can someone confirm if that is true and also get a copy of the order?

CMY by looking at the downward trend in parkview prices (on LRE website) one can only justify it assuming that lots of people are selling their files and if that is true lots are also buying it; which should support the prices.

Can you please explain as to how you come up with the prices?

Dear moderator,
How about introducing a "log in" mechanism so that duplication of used id's could be avoided.Participation of registered users only would improve the trustworthiness and transparency of this board.Just my opinion.

Dear limo i am sorry a sick person have used your ID to post two replies to this post. I have deleted those posts. Please note you or any one can reserve a Post ID name by sending an email to me at LahoreRealEstate@Gmail.com Many friends here are using reserved names for years.

Ali Junaid bhai I only post a rate where a buyer or a seller is available. I cant and dont want to favor buyers or sellers. Please note not more than 2 or 3 files of Parkview change hands each month. Price only indicate what seller want for his file and what buyer is willing to pay for it. Actual trade in these Parkview files is very very rare. For example in entire 2010 Lahore Real Estate bought or sold less than 6 files for its clients. So I hope you get a clear cut picture.

I have not heard or seen any court order in this regard in DHA or in any newspaper or TV. I wish its true but
sorry I never heard about it from any one.
