Dear brother,

AOA, for last few weeks I am looking into this website and found it very useful and knowledgeable specially for the people like myself who are not very much experienced this it.

This is my first post on this website with the hope I will get some useful information regarding what I am looking for.

I actually want to know, what should be the ideal dimensions (width and length) of 1 kanal corner plot. as I know normally plot dimensions are 50''X90''. so is it ideal to have corner plot in the same dimensions or its good if a corner plot is in almost square dimensions means suppose if it is in 70''X70'' or something similar.

Please advise, which dimension is more ideal and has good market value?

I will heartily appreciate your comments and feedback on my question.

Thanks,

Mustafa

Dear Mustafa,

(50'X 100') some area( 45'x 90') but 50"x90" is really ideal for corner plot square dimension is good for commercial purposes like shops and plaza.

Dear A.M.But,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I actually wanted to show you the plot location but I am not able to upload the picture in this post. so I created new thread of discussion with picture.

Could you please have a look and let me know if circled plot# 125 is good as a corner plot or not.

Looking forward to see your valuable reply.

Many Thanks,
Mustafa
