im looking to buy a 4 bed apartment for myself in creek vista dha. can anyone please guide me about the prices??
about four months back 4 bed was available for 12 million!!! now when i asked a couple of agents they r asking for 15 million!!!!!
whats the actual rate
if anyone has a 4 bed to sale here please do let me

3 bed prices are minimum 14.5 to 15.6 million. 4 bed prices are from 16.5 to 20 million. infact, people living in their banglows in DHA have rented their homes and are living on rent in creek vista due to its security and less monthly expenses. |

4 beds appartment is available for sale in creek vista apartment 6th floor,covered area is 3760sqfts. price is 18 million.
