What's the going range of prices for a 10 Marla, fully paid plot, in Bahria Town Lahore, sector C, Gulbahar block (address is Gulbahar, but the plot was accommodated in Umer block a couple of years ago since the plot was fully paid and development in Umer block was completed earlier).
