Thank you for posting the attached advertisement.

I contacted Bahria Town while ago and I have been told that the possession charges will be announced after November 15, 2010 and then the possession will be awarded after the payment of Development Charges. The attached ad is for the members who has some outstanding balance related to the instalments. I assume that the possession will be awarded by June 2011.

they are asking development charges now. afer this they will ask possesion charges. malik raiz wants to feed more poor people so he needs more poor people.

It may be the development charges. Can you please eleborate more on the development charges? What are the development charges for plot size 1 Kanal in Overseas block, Batch B, Lahore. I am in overseas right now and I do not know either Bahria Town has announced the development charges or not.

Any help regarding the above will be highly appreciated.

The possession charges are Rs. 65000 for Sector-C, which already announced and Bahria Town has taken from members who have paid up to now.

Please confirm again with BT, may be they want to increase the possession charges from Rs. 65000 after November 15.

Second thing why they are forcing people to take passion? Many of the overseas people are not in position to take passion by 15 November. I think they just want from members to pay unpaid development charges + Possession charges. After paying all the said charges they cannot cancel the plot even if possession not taken. This should be confirmed from Bahria Town.

I have one kanal plot in Tulip block and in advance Bahria Town debited me possession charges amounting to Rs. 130,000 few months ago. It means this has to be paid by any person having on ground ready plot.

WHEN YOU GO FOR POSSESSION OF OVERSEAS BLOCK THEY ALSO ASK YOU TO PAY CONNECTION CHARGES ABOUT 190000 RS.THAT IS ILLEGAL AND DISHONST BEHAVIER.THEY ARE THEIVE.THAY ARE LOOSING THERE RUPUTATION VERY FAST.I BELIVEBAD ADVISE IS THE ISSUE.LOOK AT AWAMI VILLA SCHEEM CUSTOMER.THEY ARE CRYING AGANIST BAHRIA AND NO BODY RESPONSE TO THEM.

My dear friends can some body help awami villa customer.we are poor people we gave over money for cheep house so that we can hide over face.now bahria town has over money and they are eating interest on it.they are eating over children food.they are really crul group.please some body help .we can not tolerate and effort any more.i reduse some body should help.
