@ Hamza A well constructed renewed Old Kanal house @ good Location is worth 150 to 180 In Market [Just an estimate] and variation is there as all Locations are not equally good in Model town
In Johar Town similar at good Location [old] can be hunted for about 125 As market is in deep cut so with some search one can also find good Bargain prices. |
