I need information about Doctor's Society located somewhere on Canal Bank Road near Thokar Niaz Baig. Information about its legals status, how old this society is, its current status, any known issues, rates, transfer procedure, location of society office, living experience, and any other comment/help will be much appreciated. this is a developed society but location is not great , and i think the society do not have a direct approach, was launched in 1989 with slow and poor development. the patron Dr Ifthikar ex-principal is a very old man now in mid 80s.recently they are looking to do merger with DHA Rahbar (private society nothing to do with DHA Army)to gain proper entrance ,which i feel will not happen as DHA Rahbar will not mature or will mature very slow like 10 or more years. i will advise to stay away from such investments. |

DHA Rahber is on Defence Road (off Raiwind Road) whereas the Doctors Society is on canal Bank Road, near Thokar. They are almost 9 kilo meters apart. How their merger, if at all it happens, can provide proper entrance to Doctors Society? |

I think U people are confusing 2 socities
1 KEMC it is on defence Road next to DHA Rahber Phase 2
2 Dr Society On Canal Road on way to Bahria on Ur left side both are below average , But ready possession etc No Land issues. I dont have any direct experience. |

I am thankful to all responders. Yes, as far as I know Doctor's society is different from KEMC and is located near Thokar. Therefore no question of merger with DHA Rahbar. Brother Jameel, do you know who is the real owner of this society and who is the current management? And why this society is below average? Is there any serious issue about management of this society? If I buy a house there what will be risks involved and what is transfer procedure? Friends, I need sincere advice and comment from any one who can help. Thank you to all who reply. |

I think infrastructure is not strong, I never heard any Land Dispute But Construction Speed is dead slow |
