Gents,
Please guide me which society plot you think is more suitable with the investment point of view as well as with the construction point of view.
The Budget i have to purchase a plot is maximum 32Lak/RS.
I need honest and for ALLAH sake opinion.

you can by 2 plots of one one kanal in IEP,TOWN LAHORE in this
budget. |

For two plots in Engineers Town (IEP) the amount needed will be arround Rs.40.00 lacs. Depending on location, the price of one kanal plot (45x90) ranges from Rs.18.00 lacs to Rs.24.00 lacs. |

Dear investor
My honest opinion is to buy 7 marla plot in J Block Defence Phase 6, some plots are more then 7 marla up to 9 marla check it from map these 7 marla plots are rare/Corner and are surrounded by 1 Kanal plots and are very near to Main boulevard and Commercial Broadway is very near to it almost across the main boulevard check out the location it will cost around 30-32 lacks but worth it. |

CAN ANY BODY TELL ME ABOUT FUTURE OF LDA AVE 1 AS I THINK ALL LAHORE ARAE NEAR UBD CANAL SO WHT YOU THINK WHEN IT WILL GIVE POSSESSION.I AM IN QUITE CRUNCH IN SELECTING SOCIETY.

LDA Avenue is a disputed scheme yet. Unless this dispute is solved, I would not recommend it to take any plot in it. |
