Plot for low budget house construction.,

Asslam O Alikum All,

I have budget of 15-16 lacs very hard earned money. My idea is to buy a plot some where in lahore 4-5 marla and make 2 rooms bath kitchen(basic needs in grey structure) and i want to do it in this budget. Is it possible. And what are the option of plots.
