I want to purchase a plot in DHA phase 8 or 7. I have a budget of around 45 lacks.I appreciate if some one advise me on tne same in terms of value of the plot in the future.

my sincere advise is to buy two files of DHA phase8 parkview.if i were u i must do this.parkview rate is at this time at lowest and time frame of development is same as dha phase 8 proper.balloting will be held in june july and development will start along with dha phase8 proper. parkview is a small phase comparetively phase8 proper so development will be completed at same time.then why are u not buying two files of dha parkview.location will be same(it will not go to other side of burkey road)so its better to buy two files in parkview instead of buying one file in dha8 proper.(as location is same and may be it will be good investment rather than phase8 proper.(parkview investment will take four years like phase8 proper) |
