House construction in Defence Islamabad,

Dear Friends,

Just started my house in defense islamabad
Following is what i had to pay just before the excavation.

1) Map and plan drawings, ( RS 30,000)
2) Soil Test (Rs 15,000)
3) MAP Approval fee, DHA town planning (RS 50,452)
4) One time security, returnable after work finish DHA Town planning (RS 50,000)

I will keep on sharing information as i move further in the build phase, i have a turn key agreement in 1500/ RS/SqFT.
