I am also a victim of these choor and thief people!
I booked 2 plots there in 2005, paying all dues that time.
Now, after more than 6 years, these criminals are asking for development charges or they will cancel plots.
In 6 years, any money you invested would have grown, but not here!
Still they want more money!
I have had it with these monkeys and also the colonel they have in administration! He does not know how to talk to someone in a decent way...
If anyone want to buy file there, email me on and I will be more than happy to sell you two files.
Anything to get away from this fraud scheme!
Zia sb, you say it is common sense that you need to submit plan for NOC and all, but tell me, how did the schemes in D18 get NOC when they started years after this damn scheme?
You are right, plans need to be submitted. But you forget to mention that this scheme is run by such unprofessional people that they did not make plans on time. What should have taken a few months, they did in years.
You also talk about basic development work going on there... I went there many times in last few years and all I see is the same equipment standing there. It has never moved! I think it does not even work! These criminals have brought that faulty equipment from somewhere and just parked there so that when someone goes to site office they say look, equipment is here and working!
but I ask you to go again after some weeks and see for yourself if any work is done! |
