Dear you want to inquire about the current price of DHA VALLEY PLOT, so I don't want you to be in dark, reality is that right now there is no value of our deam land and in coming future which might be the 10 to 15 years it has some demand or some value. don't be disappointed as I am also in the same line as you are.

Thank you for your reply one friend. I just wanted to know the value of the 5 marla plot. I am fully aware that this is a long term investment (very long term). Could you please tell me what the current value is.

5 Marla plot in DHA Valley Sector Gloxinia, Street # 51, Plot # 35 , is available for sale
My Expenditures are as under:
Processing fee: 5000/= Down payment 45000/= Membership Fee. 27,500/=All 8 Installments paid. My Total Pai d Expenditure: 477,500/=
I want to sell on price "Rs.425,000/=" want to sell them URGENTLY.
