I am working in Dubai as a Civil Engineer and I want to Construct my House in Bahria Town Safari Valley Rawalpindi.
I am looking for a builder to construct my house; in this regard I need a quotation and specification from a builder. If anybody is interested to give quotation please provide me full details of your items which you will use plus the time limit and scope of work as for me contractor will be responsible for preparation of the layout drawings as per my requirements and approval from the concerned department, more over responsible for the construction with material. So, I need the rate per sq.ft for ground floor and first floor with the detailed classification of grey structure as well as finishes with name and brand of the finish accessories(like bath room sets, tiles, marble, aluminum profile, glass thickness and brand, wood and etc.) with their prices range.
I need help from forum to inform me about any Builder who is good or he did good job in reasonable rate as per their personal experience more over share with me that in bahria town safari valley Rawalpindi plot size 30' X 55'. And 5' space front and 5' space back according to by laws of Bahria.Approximately how much cost per sq.ft.should come with a medium class finishes. I will be thankful to all of you for participating and sharing your personal experiences in this matter.
