AOA Everyone,
Could anyone please advise, Is it good to buy 1 kanal plot in B-block of State life Phase 1 Lahore and construct it for residential purpose?
Is State life housing society Lahore phase 1 is good for living point of view and what is the future of the society? is that society well maintained and well looked after by management?
Please give your thoughts about it.

Map of SL 1 is not approved yet but i do see lot of construction of new houses in SL1.
If you can wait for 6 to 12 months i suggest you to go for DHA 7 on ground ready plot in this budget.

I got confused now. as I know State Life phase 2 map is not approved yet but State Life Phase 1 Map is already approved and people are already constructing and living there.
Could you please confirm SL 1 map is really not approved? |

Yes SL1 an SL2 maps are not approved yet but In Pakistan people dont care about these things and build their houses any way. |
