Why six lacs development charges?as per my knowledge dev charges are 14 lac 65 thousand.

Naeem sb Phase 2 extn files which were launched JIN Associates in 2005
have six lac dev charges that,s why the price is 12 lac other files having 14 lac 65 thousand dev charges are being sold in six lacs fifty thousand. It is also heard that these files will be adjusted in A sector of phase 2 extn.

@ Khalid, can you plz explain " JIN Associates " ahd how they lauch it as it is DHAI Isl scheme ? Secondly what I heard is that the files allotted to Army Offrs ie upto block K has most probably 6 or 10 lacs dev charges whereas the rest is 14 lacs 65 K dev charges. Will you please comment in details for the benefits of all viewers. Regards

Dear visitor 1 It was launched by JIN associates obviously with collaboration of DHAI @ 38 lacs and then resold with 1-3 lacs own in market in 2005.The Plots alloted to Army Offrs are up to K block and development charges are six lacs.
