Any update on Air Avenue dispute?? Look like everything is going fine. Mr. Ashraf is also not picture anymore.

No still under process ,will update after eid holidays.if you are a plot holder call DHA office and talk to secty. every calls makes difference.

Why construction of Air Avenue Luxury apartments has been stopped?

Its been a year without construction activity.

People having paid installments for apartments in C and D blocks waiting for construction to begin.

whereas block A and B are still unfinished!!

only few model apartments been completed and no body lives in those..

also no gas!

and proper security!!

Through this site, request to complete the apartments in all blocks (A,B,C,& D) is raised to the attention of the owners of Urban Developers (Mr. Chohan) to finish the project and hand over the apartments to people who are or have paid the installments since more than 5 years or so..

Currently it seems Urban Developers are not interested to complete the project and busy in other new projects and may be wishing that all will be taken by DHA or else...
