T is better Than W or X, I think Phase 8 need a bit Thorough Search before purchase. The Main problem is very deep pits in DHA 8 these are more in Block W and X, some of these pits are 30 feet deep.
4,5 ys may be difficult time as deep Pits will make development work very Slow.
U Block is uniformly 6,7 Feet deep. Tat is also bit better Located go for that as it is surest.
You have advantage of Existing Road Going through DHA 8 and can see almost all Blocks, See the encroachments on Google earth or wikimapia, Locate these land marks measuring distance on DHA 8 Map Ten visit the site. Weather is good you may have to spend 2 Hours walking but you can visibly see the area where U are about to buy.
Try to decide yourself dont listen to dealers and Other Guru, In DHA 7 all their predictions proved wrong, They were rating w and V best Blocks and these are down to earth, The U, T, and Q Block areas beyond main Bulvard were rated worst and these are hot cakes now. Z looks totally vanished for a time being. Only S Block holds a bit as predicted, 90% estimates of experts proved to be wrong. |
