I'm an expat and I own 1 kanal plot in BT phase 8 in sector B?.
Anyway, I was wondering whether it is wise to start construction of a house there. I would be grateful for your advice on whether I should wait till the population rises in this area or should I continue with construction. I am unaware of the situation on the ground.

I think it will be difficult to rent it as the area is sparsely populated. It maybe better to wait a few years and then to build it. |
