Hello
I am thinking to constuct a house and rent it out to generate some income. Possible venues for construction are DHAI Phase 2 (1 kanal- 2 levels house) and Ghori Town Phase 3 (11 marla- 3 levels house) Islamabad.
Which one of the above will be easier to rent out and how much rent can I expect?

DHAI-II, Bahria 1-6 ,CDA sectors are better options.
Dont go for slump areas like Ghori Town. Build in area where proper Town planning exists. visit Zone-5 all socities. |

Can houses be easily rented out in DHAI-2? My understanding is that the society is not yet fully populated. How much rent can I expect from 2 portion house? Thanks again.

Rental Value priority wise.
1-CDA sectors
2-Bahria.
3-DHA.
18 million house rental value in CDA is minimum 60 thousands and DHA/Bahria 40-50 thousands.
At present house can rented out in DHA. |
