Gents,
I have the total budget of 35Lacs i want to buy a plot within this amount and later go for construction. Idealy i am looking for one kanal plot.
I need Honest opinion which scheme is good to purchase a plot for construction. should i buy 10 marla or 20 marla?

Go ahead for a ten marla plot which you will in a good society and then plan for construction at your convenience. |

better go for 5 marla, and keep money to construct something over it, as construction cost is increasing.

mr riz if u want to take my sincere advise please take one kanal plot in lda avenue1 in 19,20 lacs.please be careful to buy there.only buy where development is completed and only possession is due.and withen one year lda will give possession in lda avenue.after possession u will see huge gain in lda 1.i have another option for u .right now u can buy one kanal file in dha8 parkview after ballot u can sale out ur plot and u can get good profit at this. |
