I am considering renting portion (Ground) of my house in I-8/2, Islamabad. It is a new house in a prime location (3 bed DD , TV lounge, three bath, American kitchen with oven ). sir with due respect you are wasting your money and time by not renting out on reasonable rate as it remain empty for the next month the average rent per year would be around 30.and no1 in these kind of economic situation of pakistan will afford 1 year advance.As i am a broker you are going in loss its a friendly advice to rent it out on 30 with 4 to 6 months advance i will give u a reasonable client. |

For new houses of same size in this sector rent is . I can afford it for next few months, but do not like to go through dealers. |
