Can someone share some info about the dengi virus, its symptoms, first hand precautions, tests and treatment. Which is the best laboratory for the tests and best hospital for treatment.Actually someone very close in my relatives is believed to have afflicted with this virus.

Sad to hear about that.More and more water intake + a paracetamol after every 4 hrs is what doctors normally perscribe after knowing about the initial symptoms.But still it needs a proper diagnostic test and consultation of a good physician. |

Sad to hear that some body have again contacted with Denghi virus. It primary symptom are High fever, headache, Sneezing and coughing and Red rash on cheeks. Blood test will show decrease in PLATELETS count. Less than 100,000. and around 2200 is dangerous. If less than 20,000 need Platelets infusion.Confirm with denghi test IgG and IgM. For proper diagnostic test and treatment consult a good physician. |
