Question?
Why bahria town plot is cheaper then Sukhchain Garden plots?
Bahria 10 merla 12 to 13 laks = Sukhcahin 10 merla 20 to 22 laks
I have visited both the schemes i liked both. but i m living abroad so cant make decision clearly thus need honest opinion.

Riz, Price of sector B are almost same as sukh chain. Population is more than sukh chain |

Sukh Chayn's approach is better due to two main roads, Canal and Multan road. |

10 marla plot prices in reasonably good areas are arround 15-20 lac in sector C
In my opinion, BT is primarily for those who realy wants to construct their houses as there is heavy penalty for non-construction period, so investors are bit reluctant. |
