Two years back I had booked a shop in plaza in lower ground floor, for around 22 Lacks.
The handover will be given to me in few months and I have last installment to go.
The plaza builder tells me that if i sell now i will probably get 2 - 3 lack profit and if i wait till hand over profit will be 5 - 6 lacks.
Would like to get expert input on latst on lahore commerical shops property prizes status, how long the selling takes? do I have to wait for months to find a buyer and is profit statued above seems realistic?
