It will be appreciated if someone provides his/her opinion/thoughts regarding E-12, Islamabad.
1). Any information when CDA will allow E-12 plot owners to construct their houses?
2). Also D-12 vs E-12, which is better investment? The prices in D-12 are high but E-12 is still affordable.

Dear Faisal,
I have 12 marla plot in E 12 since 1989 but regrettably the CDA has not done any development in the sector and unauthorized construction is going on by the ppl of the area. I dont know when and how CDA will vacate it from residents and start development. If CDA undertake the development, for me it will be a very big surprise exactly like winning a 5 crores prize bond.I am waiting for that to happen.
There fore please consider investing in some other good sector having good future like D12, E11 and even G13.

Any updates on E-12 Development? Does anybody has any news? It is really a shame for CDA that even after 21 years , it is unable to give any timeline for the development of this sector. It is really painful that in 21 years where Dubai and China has totally turned their fate and shown the miracles of development , we are unable to know about that fate of 21 years old investment in a housing scheme that lies in the heart of Capital of Pakistan. I strongly agree to the views of some of the friends here that the plot owners of E-12 should make a pressure group to take up this issue lively and consistently to the CDA and to the Government too.

It is a good news that some retired higher officers of Islamabad are making a association for development of Sector E-12. They have done a lot of work for its registration etc. Everybody who have a plot in this sector could be member of this association. There mobile number are: , , . |
