I ahve a 10 marla plot in BT. I have no plan to build in near future. I was wondering, is there any risk involved. Is it possible BT may transfer my plot or change its location? What is BT reputation?

As per BT terms & conditions, plot location can be changed if the possession has not been taken. It is suggested to get the possession to secure the plot location but one has to complete the construction within 3 years after getting the possession to avoide heavy penalty. |

8 Marala
10 Marla
1 Kanal
