cmy sahib i want to invest some money in dha parkview.before making any decision i want to ask if i buy 10 marla or one kanal file in parkview what will be rate of 10 marla or one kanal plots after ballot if files go to dha8 or 7 because i want to sale out file after balloting.how much profit i can expect after ballot.please guide me.thanks

It is suggested that you buy one kanal file of Parkview BECAUSE location of one kanal plots will be far better than 10 marla plots. Rate difference also justifies one kanal is better than 10 marla at current price. At one time 10 marla was better but 1 kanal files are now beaten up badly.

We have sellers for one kanal at 19 lacs and 10 marla at 14 lacs. When 1 kanal files will turn into plots it will have min worth of 32 lacs including development charges of 10 lacs.

I am really sorry during past 2 3 months is was busy in some other things and could not answer posts emails SMS in time. Now I am free and want to give max time to our property business and friends here on this website.

sir please also tell about 10 marla rate in parkview after ballot.sir i am surprised to read that one kanal plots will be only in 32 lacs start after ballot while the plots in phase8 are give by u in list are in 50 lacs 55 lacs.

Keeping the current plot rates 1 kanal would be in the same region or may be better depending upon location. It only makes sense i think.

Having trouble to access the internet today. MY DSL WORLDCALL wireless and cable net are all not working long enough to answer any thing.

I must add min 32 lacs including development charges. Good location plots will be priced much higher.

No matter where they give you a plot for Parkview files it will be better to have a plot any where near current Parkview instead for holding a file for next 4 5 years with unknown date of and place of ballot. A plot will give you a good return no matter where its alloted.
