Looking for 8 marla in Bahria town preferably sector B,

Salam all,

I am looking for 8M plot in Bahria town preferably B block. My budget range is 11-13. Also I have few questions about construction in Bahria town.

1) How much do I need to pay other than plot price to get plot possession?

2) I heard that after getting possession owner must construct house within three years otherwise he'll be penalized with non construction charges per month. Is it so?

3) How much are map approval charges for 8M house?

4) Is it possible to approve map of double story house and construct only single story. If I do so even then I'll have to pay non construction charges after three years or I can complete construction any time?

Answers are as under

1)Sector B plots are usually fuly paid with possession already taken by first owner,so no further payment is required to pay in the name of possession charges

1)Map approval 60K,Drawing charges 30K,Utilities 60K,TMA fee approx.20K including speed money paid to TMA employee otherwise map will not be approved even after 6 months.

2)Correct, U must construct within 03 years after possession

you can give an application for a partial completion letter and say you will complete it in 5 years. then no worries

I am also looking for 8M plot in Bahria but these map approval charges are too much.
60k + 30k + 60k + 20k = 170k

This means a plot of 1400k will cost 1600k
