1> B H J blocks of DHA Lahore phase 6 are the current and future best block to live and for investment. Plots here cost from 56 to 72 lacs. 56 lacs plot will be facing commercial or water tanks etc. Best plots here are sold at 68 to 72 lacs.
2> Very dificult to find a pair but its possible to buy pairs too but please note price is 5 to 10 lacs more for two plots in shape of pairs.
3> DHA 6 is my frist choice DHA 7 2nd choice and DHA 8 third choice.
4> After 5 years DHA 8 may be better than DHA or 7
5> Yes I think DHA 9 file are the best possible investment in intire Pakistan. Nothing is more safer and more rewarding from current price of 13.60 lacs.
6> I would also suggest you to buy 5 or 8 marla plots in DHA 9 or DHA phase 11.

I need your advice:

1- Which is best block in DHA6 to buy a 1k plot (it should not be close to any future tall buildings, and what is the current price range.
2- Can a pair in DHA6 easily available. also price range?
3- For invesment which phase is better (DHA6/7/8)
4- For constructiom in 5 years which would be the best phase.
5- Just for invesment would you recommend phase9 files.
6- Any other safe invesment in lahore.
