EHS D16 was introduced at a time when property prices were boomming with increase in weeks and days and people were after buying plots and plots were scarce, EHS sold plots without having complete land at that time on installments, the cost of land for a plot they offered to people is still higher if compared to developed societies like F15/F16 JKS today, and then people also have to pay development charges. |
