Whats the best investment on plot for the next four to five years to come in lahore which will give good gain? and whats the minimum investment required?

Go for Umrha and invest in DHA only.

PLOT 30 TO 33 LACKS 1-KANAL 18 TO 20 LACKS AND TEN MERLA ACCORDINGLY,
THIS IS THE LOWEST PRICE IN MARKET AND THE SOCIETY IS VERY NEAT AND
CLEAN, FACING DHA RAHBER..ETC...

AT DEFENCE ROAD,IF YOU ARE GOING ON RAIWIND ROAD AFTER BHOPATIYAN

State Life Phase 2, where you can get 5 M plot at 4-5 Lac, 10 Marla at 6-7 Lac, Kanal at 8-11 Lac.

Do you know that what are the Statel Life Phase i Rates, which is developed? I quote them:
5 Marla 17 to 19 Lac
10 Marla 20-26 Lac
Kanal 30-46 Lac

I have quoted to get a view of statel life phase 2 rates keeping in view the current status of SL1. I think there will be a great cushon of gain in SL2, once developed as comprising of 12000 Kanal.
Can you give me any Sct in DHA site comprsinsg of such a large area.

My advice would be to first shortlist the suggested societies. Then have a personal assessment after visiting such societies, and go for a plot which can be seen on ground, not a file. Wish u good luck.

at moment sl phase2 is suspecious investment. We had talked to president of society to get approved revised map of sl1. then he will submit sl2 map. sl2 map even not submitted to LDA. he promised in june he will get it aproved. but after lapse of 10 years statelife2 map still not submitted.
please never try sl2.
