Will it be good investment
what is the price of the plot?
Is there any plot available for sale?
Transfer is possible or not?
Is there any CVT on these kind of plot's?

DHA Town Phase 9 Five Marla Min Rate = 7.60 Lacs & Maximum Rate = 8.50 Lacs
DHA Town Phase 9 Eight Marla Min Rate = 11.25 Lacs & Maximum Rate = 12.00 Lacs
Yes we have plots available for sale
Yes transfers are allowed with NOC
I will have to check the exact stamp duty / CVT amounts on these plots.

CMY Pls confirm as I had info that these plots are still not tranferable and only sold on MOU, That is the only risk involved |
