I am living in gulf since many years. Now I am intending to shift my family Pakistan with in two years. I discussed one real estate expert; he is trying to convince me to buy a One Kanal Plot in Valancia Housing society in (J) Block to build a home within next 2 years.
I need ur professional advice in this regards. Is this society is ok and all other life necessaries are also available their? Any major disadvantage/risk in this society

Buy a plot in DHA 7. You will get it in the price of Valencia. Its a better buy if your horizon is next 1-2 years to build a home |

Please be carefull with the agents. Further more i think that people did not understand that you wish to move your family in 2 years whcih will not be possible in any of the other societies recommended.
Valancia is a good society and i also live their. I am based in Bahrain and my family lives in Valancia.

I am living in valancia and in recently constructed house. I have searched a lot and then decided to make a house.There are wide roads and lot of large parks. it is adjecent to wapda and will be linked soon with v v ip Khiaban e Jinah. commercial area and lot of hospitals with multiple approaches.you must visit |
