A sincere advice required please.
Since 1991 I have one kanal residential registered plot in Lahore Garden Housing scheme feroze pur road near kanna. Due to some reason this scheme did not developed. I have contacted the society management; they like to return only that amount which I had paid 19 years ago only. Please advise me
• what is the current rate near Lahore garden housing scheme location?
• What is further chance of development of this area including this scheme?
• Should I keep this plot unit I get good offer near in further?
• Is there any good real estate agency in this area so I can contact for selling of this plot?
Your advice will be highly appreciated.

If you have the registry of that piece of land then its better to keep the plot and wait for some good time instead of geting that meger amount paid 19 years ago. |
