B, C & D blocks have possession available. Not sure when possession for block A will be available. It will take good few years before you see population although some families are living in safari villa 2 and some sporadic construction activities. Block A and overseas are closer to DHA block F and some commercial activities so I would say block A but you should go and visit yourself and decide. I have been hearing for over a year that Bahria will give possession for A block in 2-3months but now it's over a year and still hear 2-3 months :). Long term living area just like other Bahria phase.

Thanks.

I think an affordable and ideal place to live at...
the construction and population is in few sectors only...
in addition to A,B and C, few houses are also seen in safari valleys sectors....
i would suggest u to buy a lot now in any good sector as per u r pocket... and than hold it for a year or 2....this will help u getting a cheap plot.... and u will also be able to see bare minimum population coming up before u undertake u r own construction. Try buying plot directly from the owner as it will save u some money.
i have personally visited the whole of phase 8 in last Sunday and my assessment is that it will be hub of good houses construction in next few years...

It depends on block and development status. People demand
10 marla from 9 lacs to 14 lacs.
1 kanal from 15 lacs to 28 lacs.

14 for 10 marla and up to 28 for 1 kanal valid for blocks A, B, C & D. I personally think 30 lac is way too much for a place where there is no population so if you get 1 kanal for upto 23-24 you should be ok. Again, this is based on my recent research as I wanted to buy one in A block for upto 22 lacs at the most and at the start of block A instead of going deep into block A. But people are demanding too much when there is no serious buyer in the market. I want to buy and build, not invest and sell after few days or weeks :)

Thank you Safwan Khan!

Will you give your opinion about Zaraj.

Safwan Khan. replied on Sunday, November 28, 2010 10:45 PM

We live in Zaraj so it may sound biased :)
It's very good small housing scheme (as compared to dha and bahria). Sector A is all 14 Marla plots, some are 1 kanal, sector B is 12 Marla and actor C is 10 Marla block. Sector A a lot of houses under construction, alot ppl living there, carpet road. Sector B some houses are under construction. No school or medic facility, no shopping facility e.g. We go to dha or gulraiz for grocery and other shopping. Good security, guides patrolling streets during night time. Owner is really good person. It's surrounded by DHA, front dha-2' sides and back dha-3 after AGOCH merger on oft hand side. No set price for plots, it all depends. 10 marla range 18-21, 12 marla 20-24, 14 marla 24-35 lacs.I think in 2-3 years it will be well populated area. I would suggest that you visit and see yourself.
