Recently i came to know that bahria town is going to have awami villa blotting in rawalpindi.if any body have update please let me know.I am also one of the victum.

They are having balloting for Rawalpindi on 30 Nov( given in "Daily Jinnah" of 27 Nov news paper owned by Riaz Malik), but surely, it will be again for only 100 to 150 villas. I dont know how long they are going to complete the handing over of thousands of "Booked villas" at Rawalpindi. We all effected should pray to Almighty Allah to guide Riaz Malik of Bahria Town towards Haqooq ul Ebad so to deliver his made promises with the Awami villas allotter.

What are the details of the news. I did not find it in Daily Jinnah. Could Mr.'Victom' make it more elaborate. How many houses or plots and at what location.

Has any body seen/visited the site of these villas? What is the position of occupancy /development of the first lot which were balloted
last year or before that.

Recently I call bahria office and I was told only 50% of the applicant will get number in ballotting.Rest of 50% will be done in next year.which is unfair .we have paid all installment since two year.I AGRRE WITH VICTUM AND PRAY TO ALMIGHTY ALLA TO GUIDE RIAZ MALIK OF BAHRIA TOWN TOWARD HAQOOQ UL ABAD TO DELIVER HIS PROMISE.He started this scheem on the name of poor.He collected money on the name of poor people.now there shoud be no delay to deliver to poor.we all are waiting anxiosly.we wait for some time more and see when we will get our awami villas.

I generally share the feelings expressed. But when I compare his projects with other societies even DHA, I do not find him that bad. He at least does not run away with the money. He is a part of over all pakistani culture. Mar Dhar karoo aur mazay karoo. But to be honest I feel he is at least a figure among zeroos.

This I am saying despite the fact that I also have a booking of awami villa at RWP and waiting to get the house like you all after having paid full dues.
