Can someone correctly analyze the future of DHA lahore phase 6 , 7 and 8.Please compare and contrast these phases in terms of future investment.
2ndly which block in phase 6 will have maximum gain in future.Kindly comment specifically for K block.
All these questions are in minds of overseas Pakistanis and they are looking for an honest analysis,
plz help.

K block is going to have maximum gain due to direct approach to Commercial Broadway and the activities taking place in Golf club, For example hundred of Golf community houses and villas will be occupied in the next 6 to 8 months or may be earlier. This will generate lot of commercial as well as social activities taking place in the sector as compared to any other. Presently the trend of construction of houses is inclind towards Sec A, B or few others. This is not the actual trend. This is happening only due to the reason that these sectors are nearer to the old DHA sectors like 5, 4 or 2. As soon as DHA 6 grows it will have its own priority keeping in view the requirement of residents, which can be defined even now by a person having a deep vision on the subject like CMY.

I would request Mr CMY sb, to give his expert opinion about it.
Also compare between phase 6 , 7 , 8 in terms of future investement.

In comparison to Sector K I want to point out that Sector F is right next to K and in fact the entrance of Defence Raya Golf course and Villas is in front of Sector F. Right now the prices in Sector F are lower than K just because there is still a Village in the middle of this sector with a wall around it. I think in future especially once people start moving in to the Raya Villas F sector will appreciate quite a bit. |
