First I really appreciate this forum through which we all are really updated on real time basis.

I just require your people expert advice according to follwoing criteria:

1- I am having Approx 32 Lacs.
2- I want to purchase land where I will be able to construct my house by 5 years.
3- Inadditin I also want to purchase a plot for future investment.

I have searched market and just thinking
Option 1 ---- > purchase one Kanal file of Park View Extention and one plot in CC blok of state life phase II.

Option 2 ----> Purchase 10 Marla Plot in Wapda Town Phase 2 or adjecent socities + SLIC Phase II plot.

I will really appreciate all of yours expert advice and will be very much thank full to you.
